First consecrated in July 1884, the church sits at the heart of Westgate-on-Sea on the north coast of Kent.
Are you interested in Bell Ringing?
It’s a hobby for people aged 8 to 80…
Bell ringing practice is held on Thursday Evenings from 7:30pm until 9:00pm at St Saviour’s bell tower (door on the left as you enter the church porch). A spiral staircase will give you access to our first-floor ringing room, where we have a ring of 6 bells.
If you are interested, please let Stephen our Verger know on Sunday morning or email us at: office@stsaviourswestgate.org.uk
We have a mixture of both experienced ringers and new recruit’s, so you will learn with others and at your own pace.
Keep fit, learn a new hobby and have some fun!
